Jessica Ross

Director of Operations

Jessica joined the team in December 2018 and is known for her versatility and willingness to take on any challenge that comes her way. Jessica is responsible for supporting team members with their everyday tasks and projects, as well as overseeing their progress. Additionally, she ensures that communication between clients and team members is smooth and facilitates the development of plans, strategies, designs, and campaigns which meet client needs. Creative pursuits have always held a major influence on Jessica’s life. In 2014 she graduated from Brock University with a degree in Fine Arts and also holds a Design Production diploma from Niagara College. In her free time she loves painting, reading books and spending quality time with her husband, son and dog Stu. Most importantly though, Jessica finds immense satisfaction in sharing her creativity with others and seeing them grow as they develop their skills further.

Dental Growth Strategies was started in 2001 when we realized there was a need in the dental industry for a provider of an all encompassing service for marketing a dental office. Since then we have grown to serve clients all over North America.
